Click the ‘Checkout’ button to fill your billing details.
Name (as per NRIC)
Enter your full name as per NRIC.
NRIC number
Enter your NRIC number without (-).
Town/City
Enter your installation town/city.
Postcode
Enter your postcode.
Phone No.
Enter your phone number.
Enter your email address.
Submit your request
Click on the ‘Submit’ button once you have completed filling out the form.
Confirmation page
You have successfully submitted your order form and are now waiting to proceed to the next step.

Click ‘Start Recording’ when you are ready.
Taking Video
Smile and blink during the video recording, then click the ‘Confirm’ button when finished.
eKYC Verified
Your identity has been verified, and you will be redirected back to the LG form.

Enter your email address.

This step is only applicable if you have a trade-in.

Upload the product serial number you want trade-in.

Tick the box and select your payment card (debit or credit).

RM1 Deduction
An RM1 amount will be temporarily deducted from your account as part of the validation process to ensure your card is active. The amount will be refunded to you.

Click on the ‘Pay’ button to proceed.
Card details
Enter your card details.
Pay Now
Click the ‘Pay Now’ button to proceed. Once the payment is completed, you will be automatically redirected back to the LG form.
Supporting document
If the system requests supporting documents, you will need to upload your latest 3 months’ income bank statements.
Card number
Enter your card number.
Upload card photo
Click ‘Camera’ to take a picture of your card.
Order button
Click the ‘Order’ button to proceed to the final step.
Last step: Signature
Sign in the signature box.
Confirmation
Click the ‘Confirmation’ button to complete your order registration.
Order completed
When you see this confirmation page, your order has been completed.
